Hostel Rules

The hostel is open for students of class 1st and onwards and the minimum age for admission would be 5 1/2 years in the month of June of that year.

Parents and persons authorized by them can meet their wards only on the second Saturday of every month.

Visiting Time:

• 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
• 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

No parent is allowed to meet his ward on any other day.

Only vegetarian meals are served in the school mess.

Food parcels (Biscuits, Namkeen etc.) and any ornaments from parents are not allowed in any condition. In the event of withdrawal of a student, the parent/guardian must collect the student immediately, failing which the student will be sent home with an escort at the parents' expense.

In case of leaving the school, parents must collect the belongings of the student within a week from the date of withdrawal, failing which the some will be distributed to the poor.

St. Vivekanand Sr. Sec. Public School reserves the right of revising the fee and amending rules. Parents may visit the school to celebrate their child's birthday with all students in the schools campus.

Second installment of the fee must be deposited by 15th Oct. every year. A fine of Rs. 500/- per month will be charged in case of delay.

If a student joins the school as a hosteller he/she, in no case will be permitted to be a day scholar in that session.

The principal has power to refuse request for boarders to be sent home to attend religious festivals, marriages etc.
