Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025: Stress Management through Yoga and Meditation

As part of the nationwide Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025, we organized special Yoga-cum-Meditation sessions, emphasizing the theme #YogaIsEnergyPPC2025. These sessions were designed to help students reduce stress, enhance focus, and boost their mental well-being.

Guided by experienced instructors, students engaged in:

  • Stress-relieving yoga postures to release physical tension.
  • Meditation techniques to calm their minds and improve concentration.
  • Breathing exercises like Pranayama, which play a key role in managing anxiety and promoting relaxation.
