Communication and Reporting Guidelines

  • St. Vivekanand Sr. Sec. Public School reserves the right of admitting students to the school and may refuse admission without giving any reason.
  • If the parents do not want their ward to rejoin school on session, they must inform in writing, giving three months prior notice, failing which they will have to pay dues for May and June and security money will not be refunded in this case.
  • If a student leaves school during mid-session even after two or three days of admission, the parents will have to pay all dues for 12 months of the ongoing session.
  • A student must join the school on the due date after vacation or leave if he/she joins late, a fine of Rs. 50/- per day will be charged.
  • A student may be expelled from the school due to irregular attendance, misbehavior, disobedience, dishonesty or using unfair means in examination.
  • Security money must be withdrawn within six months from the date of leaving the school. If it is not claimed within this period, the amount will be transferred to the Children's Welfare Fund.
  • The children should also be taught general norms of good behavior at their home during the vacations. Parents should not only ask the children to speak politely but also speak to them politely when they are at home during the vacations.
  • Provisional admission to class XI will be offered in April on the basis of the students' performance in the pre-board examination and interview/test, if required.
  • Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case. Fee-structure is subject to revision from time to time.
  • Parents are requested to communicate any change in address without delay.
  • Parents are requested to make all reports directly to the principal and not to the teachers.
  • 10% fee concession is given to ward of serving and retired Defense personnel 20% fee concession is given to wards of Defense windows.
  • 100% fee concession is given to only two wards of employed teachers of this institution. 100% fee concession is given to a student belonging to a poor family on the basis of outstanding performance.
  • 10% fee concession is given to SC-ST candidates.
